He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Bentivegna; and his daughter Lisa Lombarde. He is survived by: his children, Linda Urbanowicz (Donald), Doreen Matthews (Peter), Mary McGeary (James), Donna Thomma (Jerry) and John F. Bentivegna (Catherine); his sons-in-law, Joseph Lombarde and Alberto Valcarcel; and his sister Fortunata Guinta. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
