He is survived by: his parent Ethel Kurtz (Steel); his wife Margaret; his son Frank J. Jr. of Albrightsville; his granddaughter Natasha L. Bleiler (Christian) of New Tripoli; his great grandchildren, Mason, Charlotte Pleiss, Claire, Julie and Barrett Bleiler; and his brother James of Whitehall.
