He is survived by: his son Keith Douglas Ford (Jewel Harris) of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Jahquin, Tiana and Shaquanna Ford; his niece Marleen Kirton of Montreal; and his nephew Brian Ford of Chicago, IL..
