He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Brugman and Anna Brugman (Alvarez). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Brugman of Albrightsville, Michael Brugman (Anna) and Michelle Brugman; his brother Eloy Brugman (Nilsa); his grandchildren, Matthew and Nicole; his stepdaughter Mariah Arizarry; and his son-in-law Bruce Vines.
