He was predeceased by: his parents, John Balik and Anna Balik (Sabol). He is survived by: his wife Anastasia Balik (LaRizzio); his son Andrew M. Balik Jr. (Jillian) of Macungie; and his grandchildren, Michael, Marley and Danica.
