She was predeceased by: her parent David Brehm; her husband John Blough; and her brothers, Forrest Brehm, Wilder Brehm, David Brehm and Larry Brehm.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Catherine Brehm (Edmiston); her daughters, Gretchen Blough of Edinboro and Emily Banner of Austin; her grandchildren, William Heaven of Albion, Tessa Banner, Riley Banner of Austin and Hayden Nuber of Edinboro; and her sisters, June Mitchell of Johnstown and Donna Witvoskie of Vine Grove. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
