He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Dietrich and Minerva Dietrich (Christ) of Akron; and his wife Carol L. Dietrich (Cammauf). He is survived by: his daughters, Judith (Carl Kring) of East Earl and Darlene Ganse of York; his grandson Joshua Beck of York; his children, Wyatt, Lindsey, Rachel, Reese Beck and Nikole (Robert Boshonek) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Aaron, Avery Seip, Katherine Boshonek, Derek and Alona Boshonek; his children, Jeremy Beck of Virginia, Abrielle and Carson Beck; his stepsons, Richard Cammauf of Akron, Michael Cammauf (Carolyn) of Talmage and Steven Cammauf of Denver; his stepgrandson Nicholas; his stepgreat-grandsons, Camden and Dalton; his sister Fay (late Mark Garman); and his nieces and nephews, Dale Garman (Tina) of Ephrata, Debbie Shingler (Sonny) of Holtwood and Donna Halligan (Roger) of Ephrata.
