He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dewey Eckman, Sr. and Barbara Cochenour (Diem); his wife Margaret Mary Eckman (Adams); and his brother Chuck Eckman. He is survived by: his sons, Ed Adams of Akron and Benjamin J. Eckman of Akron; and his grandchild Zane E. Adams.
