She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Fortna and Katherine Fortna (Beaver); her brothers, Donald Fortna and Ronald Fortna; and her nephew Jeff Fortna.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Dawn Forta and Patricia Fortna; and her nieces, Julie (Chris Sneed), Jill (Jean Daceus), Susan (Gene Fasnacht) and Jenny Fortna.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Covenant Greenwood Cemetery (410 Ebenezer Rd, Lebanon, PA 17046).
