David D. Daugherty Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 91, David D. Daugherty of Akron, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Daugherty and Mabel I. Daugherty (Garman); and his siblings, Ralph Daugherty, Joan Roether and Donna Batz.
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Hirneisen); his children, Lynette Brown (Mike) of Ephrata, Denise Ashton of Millersville and Dwight Daugherty (Dawn) of Ephrata; and his sister Janice Burkholder (Glenn) of Ephrata. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
