He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Harnish and Anna Harnish Harnish; and his brother Jacob Harnish. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Bernell L. Harnish (Bernie) of Millersville and Lucinda D. Harnish (Bradford Smith) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Clayton J. and Syriana K. Smith; and his siblings, Paul (Grace Harnish) of Conestoga, Ruth Mast of Oley and Rosanne Miller of Millersville.
