He is survived by: his daughters, Angela L. Welch (Jeffrey Terri Reynolds) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Brittany Welch, Rachel Johnson, Ian Welch and Abigayle Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Declan, Colton, Ryder, Legend and Salem.
His daughters would appreciate memorial contributions to suicide prevention in York and/or Harford Counties.
