He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Samuel and Nadine Loretta Keefer (Woodring); and his siblings, Guy Lincoln Keefer, Marvin Lee Keefer and Wanda Nadine Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Lee Keefer (Dixon); his children, Stephen Brian Keefer (Lorie) of Pylesville, MD., Sandra Lynn Stanley (Joe) of Buena Vista, VA and James Keefer of Street, MD.; and his siblings, Donald L. (Delores) of White Marsh, MD, Joseph W. (Darlene) of Street, MD, Ronald D. (Melinda) of Alaska, Audrey N. Evans (Keith) of Lexington, NC and Linda Atwell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
