He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy G. Frey and Helen S. Frey (Byers). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lynn Frey (Fletcher); his daughter Amber Heller (Darren); and his brother Robert Frey (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
