He was predeceased by: his father Archibald Newton Bair; his siblings, Dorothy Miller and John Bair; and his grandson Alec Denton. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bair (Lloyd) of Virginia; his children, David Bair of Airville, PA, Dean Bair of Provincetown, MA and Daniel Bair; his grandchildren, Michelle Denton of Airville, PA, Charity Bair of New Jersey, Chandra Horton of Windsor, PA and Jessica Warner; his great grandchildren, Ashley Guise, Bailey Denton, Darian Denton, Layne Denton, Sidney Horton and L. J. Horton; and his great great grandchildren, Mason, Juna and Tanner.

In lieu of flowers, his family would appreciate memorial contributions to the church.
