He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Rosco Woods and Edith Dolora Woods (Miller); and his siblings, Judy Farinholt, Karen Weitherow and Bill Woods.

He is survived by: his close friend Linda L. Woods (Smith); his son Cody Allen Woods of Airville, PA; his sister Carolyn Magill of Baltimore, MD; his brother-in-law George; and his nieces and nephews, George, Bill, Jackie and Melissa.
