“Dottie was a good friend of mine. I would call her at least 1 or 2 a month. We both worked together at APG, Md for many years. She had a heart of gold and never spoke harsh about anyone. She took good care of her mother for yrs. until her mother passed. Then she was very close with her Aunt Romane until she passed. She sure will be miss. Barbara White Joppa, MD”
