He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken and Mary Moore; and his aunt Wendy Shumaker (Moore). He is survived by: his parents, Ken Moore and Bryadie Bish (Hanford); his stepfather Kelly Bish Jr.; his children, Bailey and Nixon (Carli Crawford); his grandparents, Charles and Karen Hanford; his siblings, Haley Moore, Austin "Boltz" Moore, Dallas Moore, Jaden Bish and Alexis Bish; and his aunts and uncles, Tiffany Moore, Amanda Hanford, Chuck Hanford and Chase Hanford.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennedy Blodgett Funeral Home (253 N Grant Ave, Kittanning, PA 16201). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
