He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth M.. He is survived by: his mother Katherine "Kathy" Hooks (Treece) of Ford City; his daughters, Aleyah Hooks, Brooklynn Hooks, Kylah Hooks and Trinity Hooks; and his sisters, Sheena L. Bowser (Benjamin) of Chicora and Christina Hooks of Alliance, Ohio.
