He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Milton and Goldie Jack (Radic); and his sister Sandra Lea Jack. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Jack (Switzer); his children, Jason Jack (Loretta), Justin Jack (Ellen), Jared Jack and Emily Blose (Bradley); his grandchildren, Carsyn, Alexia, Isabella, Avary, Megan, Hannah, Owen, Sophia, Kinleigh and Benson; and his brothers, Bruce Jack (Debbie) and Jonathan Jack (Joni).
