She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clouse and Rhoda Clouse (Englert); her husband Hubert John; her granddaughter Nicole; and her brother Harold.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Jones (Ralph) of Kittanning, Barbara Hudson (Keith) of Fargo, ND, Hubert John (Mona) of Transfer, Randy John (Molly) of Ford City, Herb John (Patty) of Adrian and Ruth Markilinski of Ford City; and her brother Jack Clouse (Amy) of Maryland. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
