He is survived by: his siblings, Janet L. Burgess of Addison, Patti (Wesley Baker), Wilma Jones of Elsberry, MO, Dottie Stapleton of Corning, NY, Virginia (Wyatt Wolf), Evelyn Brown of Columbus, GA, Roger (Deb Hamblin), Jim (Kathy Hamblin) and Jerry (Joye Hamblin); his children, Kenneth J. Hamblin, Jr. of Bath, NY and Jeannie Hamblin of Bath, NY; his grandchildren, Topaz and Leon; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Towsley Sr. and Larry Mundy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
