She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit E. Smith and Florabell Smith (Weller); and her brother Leonard Smith. She is survived by: her son Shawn M. Smith (Shannon); her grandchildren, Logan, Blake, Kelsie and Alaina Smith; and her siblings, Douglas, Clifford Smith (Susan), Lorraine (Richard Groff), Loretta Rice, Betsy (Robert Witmer), Lavern McGallicher, Louann (Barry Brugger) and Leona (Paul Eberly).
