He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Noel and Josephine Noel (Hotra); his wife Emma Noel (Teacher); his grandson Josh; and his brothers, William "Bill", Michael "Mike", Robert "Bob" and Larry "Beaver".
He is survived by: his children, Diane Stape (George) of Greensburg, Frank Teacher (Donna) of Ruffsdale, Donald Noel (Bridget) of New Stanton and Lanny Noel (Joni) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, George, Michael (Jen), Nathan, Alex, McKenna, Tyler, Riley and Ella; his great grandchildren, Avigal, Brenna, Anna, Emma, Bella and Lila; his siblings, Rose Marie Bigi (Chuck), Joan Rizzo (Jim), Judy Reese, Norma Wilson (Dan), Richard "Pete" (Marsha) and Barry (Joyce); his nephew Jeremy Neidigh; and his close friend Tony Celio Jr. The Noel.
