He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Earl, Sr. and Margaret C. Wingard; his wife Wilma Wingard; his son Kevin Lee Wingard; his great grandchild Kylee Rae Wood; and his sisters, Wilma Jean and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Wingard (Sherri Wingard), Tammy M Lynch (Jeffery J. Lynch) and Richard A. Wingard (Kelli Wingard); his grandchildren, Tommy Wingard, Jeremy Wingard, Donald R, Wood Jr. (DJ), Kimberly M. Wood, Tammy M. Wood, Donna L. Christopher, Ashley D. Wingard, Rickey Wingard, Melda Wingard, Angie Wingard, Alisha Wingard and Kristina Wingard; his great grandchildren, Jalynn Harris, Owen Harris, Brentlee Christopher, Randi Turner, McKenzie Roadman, Paxton Wingard, Scarlett Wingard, Kara Wingard, Little Rickey Wingard, Logan Wingard and Jaxon Sumey; and his siblings, Ronald Wingard and Eleanor House. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
