He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph K. Bellis and Violet Bellis (Ansel); and his siblings, Charles Bellis, Joseph K. Bellis Jr., Curtis Bellis, William Bellis, Arlene Morris, Joyce Zalar and Marie Zaby.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Bellis, Betty Miller and Jeannie Dusenberry; and his close friend Martha Lambert. He is also survived by many loving stepchildren and step grandchildren.
