She is survived by: her father George Forsythe of Carmichaels, PA; her fiancé Donald Whipkey of Adah; her children, William Henderson of Republic, Jesse Henderson of Carmichaels and Tracy Furlong of Carmichaels; her siblings, Lee Forsythe (Charlotte) of Adah, Belmont Jordon of Nemacoln, Hobby Jordon of Hiller, Lynn Forsythe of Uniontown, Frankie Conaway of Adah, Dorothy Jordon of Uniontown and Nancy Jordon of Bethlehem, PA; her cousin DeeAnn Miller; and also Carol Whipkey of Uniontown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.
