With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory J. Pfeifer of Acme, Pennsylvania, born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 25, 2024 at the age of 62. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gregory J. Pfeifer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Joseph E. Pfeifer; and his nephew Michael Dietzen. He is survived by: his mother Pauline A. Bizup Pfeifer; his siblings, Laura Dietzen (Alan) of Pittsburgh, Michael Pfeifer (Amy) of Scottdale and Ellen Van Rheenen (Hans) of Cincinnati, OH; his nieces and nephews, Evan and Claire Van Rheenen; and also Shana Miceli (Matt).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc. (204 Eagle St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (740 Walnut St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in loving memory of Gregory J. Pfeifer.
