She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch VanLuvender and Mae Lidy VanLuvender; her husband Thomas W. Webb, Sr.; and her children, Linda Petts, Thomas W. Jr., Wilma Robinson, Terri and Tommy Webb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Stadler and Karen Carroll; and her son-in-law Harry Robinson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
