He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet Sklarz (Weiss). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Robert Sklarz and Andrew Sklarz; his sisters, Linda Rubin and Rosalyn Friedman; and his grandchildren, Hallie Sklarz and Shawn Sklarz.
