He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kevin D., Jayne Oleksiak, Brian, Meisha Oleksiak, MaryKate Oleksiak and Justin Janezic; his grandsons, Lukas and Noah Oleksiak; and his siblings, Jerry (Dina Oleksiak), Marcy (Michael Oleksiuk), Michele (Larry Dubs) and Shawn (Jeanine Oleksiak). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, extended family, and close friends.
