We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 33, Joseph Balco in Abington, Pennsylvania, born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Doug Balco and Lisa Haze McGuire (Bill); his siblings, Natasha Balco, Christopher Balco and Keith Balco (Traci); his grandmothers, Claire Hennigar and Clara Haze; and his aunt Kim Haze Coffey (Michael). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews and dearest friends.
