He was predeceased by: his parents, John Filan and Rita Crail Filan. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Rauluskevicius Filan; his sons, Michael Filan of Wayne, PA and Kevin Filan (Marisa) of Marshall Creek; his siblings, Peter Filan (Karen) of Williamsport, PA, James Filan (Nancy) of Dagsboro, DE, Kathy Reed (Michael) of Fishers, IN, Penny Sapienzo (Tony) of Outer Banks, NC and Meg Dzedzy (Don) of Dagsboro, DE; and his grandchildren, Braydon, Kieran, Alexander, Devon and Gavin.
