She is survived by: her mother Dr. Judith Kohlbach Fulton of Newton, NJ; her husband Bruce Francis Hoffman; her daughters, Heather Hoffman Miller (Greg Miller) of Milton, PA and Amber Hoffman Ebinger (Chris Ebinger) of Hatfield, PA; her grandchildren, Joseph Lynn Martin, Gary Wayne Martin, Ruth Elizabeth Miller, Ruby Gail Ebinger and Emerald Louise Ebinger; and her brother Gary Albert Kohlbach of Webster, NY..
