He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick U. Henderson and Clara Jones Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia F. Henderson of Kirkland Village; his children, Ellen H. Murgolo of Easton, PA and Andrew W. Henderson (Nibal) of Overland Park, KS.; his sister Ellen H. Wentzel of Ocean Pines, MD; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Murgolo, Barcelona, Spain, Thomas Murgolo, Elias, Moussa and Leila Henderson of Overland Park, KS..
