He was predeceased by: his wife Jean E. Frank (Nee Bowie); and his daughter Barbara Jean Connell. He is survived by: his children, Rick Frank (Maria), Dale Frank and Nancy McGinley (Carl); his grandchildren, Stacie Frank Ablian (Jay), Erika Frank, Brandon Frank, Kathryn Frank, Erin McGinley, Ryan McGinley, Daniel Connell (Talia), Matt Connell and Breanna Connell Will (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Alexandra Ablian, Grace Ablian and Amelia Girgenti Connell; and his sister Mildred Carr.
