He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Baker and Bertha E. Baker (Rodgers); and his siblings, Ralph, Earl, Mervin, Merle, Carman Baker, Beatrice Baker, Marie Alleman, Nancy Newcomer and Miriam Huff.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthetta M. Baker (Forry); his daughters, Leslie A. Sprenkle (Philip) of Spring Grove, Trudy C. Gentzler (Randall) of Parkton, MD and Kelly S. Leib (Brian) of Spring Grove; and his sister Helen Hagerman of Hanover. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
