Culp III of Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore E. Jr. Culp and Mary Rutters Culp; and his brother Jason Culp. He is survived by: his wife Barbara F. Ruppert Culp; his children, Wendy Miller (Paul), Ted Culp IV (Wendy) and Stacy Culp; his grandchildren, Aaron Culp (Katie), Samantha Beaver (Tony), Ashley Speelman (Matt), Sabrina Ankney (Chris Windsor), Jessica Culp and Jon Ankney; and his brother Michael Culp.
