Hall; his children, Tammy Rinehart (Martin) of York, Russell Bevans, Jr. (Lorie) of Spring Grove, Brad Bevans (Cristy) of Taneytown, MD and Todd Bevans (Jessica) of York; his brother Greg Bevans (Dodie) of New Oxford; and his nephews, Steven Hall and Justin Shultz. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
