He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda L. Hoff (Hopkins); his parents, Robert S. Hoff and Geraldine Cassatts Hoff; his pet Lucy; his sons, Scott A. Ruth (Melissa) and Robert C. Hoff, Jr. (Cara Morgan); his granddaughters, Renee Robertson (Derek) and Bethany Ruth; and his great grandchildren, Amelia and Ellie Robertson.
