He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Sr. and Mary J. Bentzel (Baumgardner); his daughter Sherry West; and his sister Carole Diehl. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann (Miller); and his sons, Steve Bentzel (Casie) of Abbottstown, PA and Neil Bentzel (Sally) of Hanover, PA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
