She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Frazer and Evelyn Myers Frazer; her husband Roy W. Lobingier; her son Joseph Phillips; and her siblings, Arthur, Jr., Dorothy, Margaret, Lawrence, Ronald, Betty, Paul, Robert, Frederick, Frank and Alice.
She is survived by: her son Barry Lobingier of Mechanicsburg, PA; her grandson Lance M. Lobingier (Nichole) of Lewistown, PA; and her friend Richard Hartman. She is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews.
