He was predeceased by: his parent Ronald Alan Cogar; and his grandmother Margie V. Boyd. He is survived by: his spouse Donna L. Lehman; his parent Bonita C. Hart (Boyd); his sons, Timothy A. Cogar of Littlestown, Tyler A. Cogar of Abbottstown and Trevor A. Cogar of Abbottstown; his brother David A. Sturgeon (Pam) of Hanover; his stepfather John "Jack" Hart of New Oxford; his mother-in-law Helene Lehman (Larry Stansbury) of Hanover; his sister-in-law Beverly Lehman; and also Crystal Lehman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tony was a donor for the "Gift of Life" program in Maryland, where part of that donation will help in the research for a cure to Parkinson's disease.
