He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Hazel and Helen Hazel (Best); and his spouse Jean L. Hazel (Rose). He is survived by: his sons, Barry Hazel (Theresa) of West Decatur and William Hazel (Crystal) of Lemont; his sister Jean Brown of Zion; his grandchildren, Matthew Hazel (Fran), Angela Beckwith (Carl), Alicia Burchell (Steele) and Chad Hazel-Kepler (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Derek, Sianna, Skylynn, Kali, Zayda, Asher and Lyric.

Contributions in memory of Neal may be given to St. Peter's UCC, Po Box 87, Aaronsburg, PA 16820.
