It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Hazel of Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rose and Bertha Rose (Warner); and her sister Barbara Harpster. She is survived by: her husband Neal Hazel; her sons, Barry Hazel (Theresa) of West Decatur and William Hazel (Crystal) of Lemont; her siblings, Sharon Stimely (Tom) of Burnham, Russell Rose (Carol) of Lewistown, Blair Rose (Patty) of Lewistown and James Rose of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Matthew Hazel (Fran), Angela Beckwith (Carl), Alicia Burchell (Steele) and Chad Hazel-Kepler (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Derek, Sianna, Skylynn, Kali, Zayda, Asher and Lyric. She is also survived by the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
