He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stitzer and Kathryn Stitzer (Ebert); and his son Robert Allen Stitzer. He is survived by: his wife Ginger G. Stitzer (Shreckengast); his children, Sandra A. Krout (Guy) of Centre Hall, Amy E. Kline (Norman) of Bellefonte, Gary M. Stitzer (Mary) of Lewistown, Richard E. Stitzer (Amanda) of Bellefonte and Michael L. Stitzer (Amanda) of Centre Hall; his stepdaughters, Valerie Burch and Elizabeth Burch; and his siblings, Patricia E. Berglin, Larry J. Stitzer (Sandra) and Thomas J. Stitzer (Sharon). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren.
