It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances G. Confer of Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Guisewhite and Mary "Lingle" Guisewhite; her husband Richard W. Confer; her daughter Christy A. Wolfe; her siblings, Mae Noll, James Guisewhite, William Guisewhite, Hazel Hulbert, Sarah Hosterman, Saphrona Auman, Betty Stover, Josephine Auman, Bernice Haffley, Anna Fohringer, Rufus Guisewhite and Donald Guisewhite; and her sons-in-law, Cloyd Kerstetter and Donald Irvin, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kerstetter of Aaronsburg and Jane Irvin of Bellefonte; her son-in-law Rodney Wolfe; her sisters-in-law, Linda Neil, Marty Lightner and Shirley Guisewhite; and her grandchildren, Richard Wolfe (Heather), Rodney C. Wolfe (Nicole), Kevin Kerstetter (Claudia), Brian Kerstetter (Amy), Kelly Jo Rhoades (Richard), Donald Irvin, Jr. (Val) and Stephanie Rossman (John). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren.
