She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill T. Copenhaver and Goldie M "Shultz" Copenhaver; and her husband Charles H. Ort. She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy Vonada of Aaronsburg, Judy Bailey of Zion, Linda Long of Aaronsburg, Glenda Copenhaver of Aaronsburg and Ronald Copenhaver of Bloomsburg; and her stepsons, Charles Ort of Mingoville and Robert Ort of Fountain Inn, SC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great grandson, great granddaughters, and great nieces and great nephews.
