She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Confer and Marion "Smith" Confer; and her brother Doyle Confer. She is survived by: her husband Randall E. Winter; her children, Wanda K. Nishitomi (Kurt) of Tehachapi, CA and Randy G. Winter; her sister Norma Jane Winter of Spring Mills; her grandchildren, Casey Jordan, Jennifer Weaver, Tracy Jordan and Sarah Brawley; and her great grandchildren, Aislin Jordan, Clayton Jordan, Lizzy Weaver and Allisyn Gaskins.
