He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard McDougall (Dick) and Phyllis Foe; his wife Lisa Fazio; his children, Patrick (Bethany) and Heather (Jeff Elicker); his siblings, Mary McDougall and Rick (Charleen); and his grandchildren, Casey McDougall and London Elicker.
